Im just getting around to fixing this Derbi I’ve had for 2 years but as you can see from the pictures the woodruff key is a mess. Besides replacing the crank is their something else that can be done to fix it?

No you have to go to a main DMV branch for mopeds. They have drop boxes if you don’t want to wait and they call you that day or the next. Doesn’t matter what BOS says and new reg is $6.50 and $3 to renew. MLM makes one especially for a Magnum but Magnum cylinders are angled port versus flat port on a Maxi and such. You can bend the headers of any flat port pipe to fit.
