is the transmission on a 78 puch newport single or 2 speed? also, what tranny fluid is used...thanks, vizi

i took a piece old cable, 12 " long , bent one inch to 90 degrees, put it in a variable speed drill, and went to work. it's a sludge buster. then i used acetone. i got a clean tank in the end.

only if they are correctly hard wired. try 1977 mopeds, they have the switch you are looking for.

i am in need of a bushing (s), i believe , plastic, that are on the pedal shaft of a 1977 sachs foxy. since they were not there when i purchased the moped, i am without solid knowledge of what i am missing, other than what the seller said. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, vizi

i just bought this low mi. foxi, ani'm trynna find out about the bushing or spacer assembly on the pedal shaft....dude i bought from said he dumped it on the pedal and " yo, da plastic comed out".....there is some slop there now....i need a blowup of that assembly or????thanx..v
