Buy rubber hose from the auto store. Get the bend part and cut it out to fit and secure with hose clamps.

most would run a spigot style phbg with a rubber tube and hose clamps. keeps the carb in the frame and doesn't inhibit pedaling while reducing vibration.

update: just ordered the black maxi fork, 21phgb, tun pulley, digi temp gauge, and other assorted goodies...she's coming together even faster than anticipated.still need to paint the frame and wheels, but i should have this bike knocked out in the next couple weeks. woot :)
