how the horn works on a puch:the blue black wire is the ground side of your ignition coil. the switch grounds out this signal until the button is pressed, then the ignition grounds through the horn. the current then flows through the horn. also a valuable note the horn is AC, not DC. It will not work on a dc current, it needs the reversing wave to make noise.

circuit pipes hit early and straight pipes hit late, but it is a huge thing to learn on what header lengths and chamber diameters do what. then there's end bleed versus side bleed. you need to do some reading
