I have it hardwired for lights always on, I figured some people want a functioning brake light and felt need to disclose. The starter clutch should be a simple fix, but point taken. Thanks

Thanks everybody. I got 3/32" rubberized cork from Napa to reline them. I'll reassemble w the pins in the correct holes and see how it goes. I might attempt to add material to the clutch arms w the welder and then shape w grinder. If it doesn't work I'll get a new clutch.
So, I got it back together, is this correct? I have the pins (the little barbell things) positioned opposite of the other clutch, but since they’re facing each other I was thinking this is the way they go. Also, notice the one portion of the outer pad surface is broken off, I filed some of the protruding sharp edges, you think it’ll work? The second pic is the one I did not take apart, you can see

Thanks for the tips in detail!
Thanks, but that doesn’t show the actual clutch taken apart and put back together, just the removal of clutch and relining the pads.
Does anybody have a diagram or video of reassembling a clutch. I took the spring ring off of the clutch and then it basically fell apart before I could see how it goes together, and I can't seem to find any schematics for it. All I can find is videos on relining the clutch, but not actually a full disassembly/assembly of one.
i scored the cb360 for free, so it was a good opportunity for me to chop up into a custom with low risk as far as my leaning curve screw-ups. so, i'll finish it, and then see whether i keep it after riding for awhile. been a fun project. the s90 is a great bike i may regret selling, but might be good to move on too.
@ Alex Z, i had posted it on some other site for sale, but then after logging in to this forum i saw there are motos and not just mopeds. within a forum of people that are in to these i figured i could find out if i'm in the right ballpark of what i'm asking as i don't have a lot of experience selling bikes. and, out of respect to fellow enthusiasts i would sell it on here or to a f
