From what i have gained from personal experience, I would urge people, when riding home at 2am at 50mph and your stock crank DR hobbit all of a sudden revs to the moon and you see a TJT and clutch bell go flying down the road, don't look down and think "is that my clutch?". Because the second you take your eyes off that 2lb chunk of metal accelerating away from you, it will disappea
Agreed. They could be rad. They look like great carbs. We just need more people running them posting info. I think the two nipples on the one I'm dealing with are plugged. They should be. One is petcock vacuum and the other is the oil mixer. Not using either. Right now I've got it running fairly well with a low 90's and the air screw about 1 1/2 turns out. Needle around the middle c
Those tjts pass you so fast when your stock crank breaks. And when you look down to see if it was your crank that broke that is making your bike rev to the moon, you will loose sight of it and never find it.True story.
Trying to tune an E50 someone else threw together and haven't found any tuning info on this setup. Does anyone know a decent starting point for jetting at about sea level for this?

The mini rotor I got for my hobbits firing mark was off by almost 90°. Just gotta spin in with a drill and figure it out.
Those fucking foxis have been on CL for 5 years. The dude used to have a matching pair. I guess he suckered somebody into buying one of them.
Need an e50 main gear maybe some two shoe shoes, too. Pm me with offers please!

If you can make the X piece curve around the arc of the tire it would really make it sweet. That's a lot more effort, but tossing angles into those curves would ...... I don't know.... It wouldn't ruin it, but.......JUST MAKE IT CURVED GOD DAMNIT!!!!
Just go to a parts supplier and ask for free parts. You'll probably have better luck than asking for free money from us cheap bastards. But in all honesty, if you know the specific parts you need for specific bikes you are working on, get online and join some forums specific to that bike. Make some friends. Then ask for parts. Lots of forums are full of old timers with stockpiles and young bui
This is pretty cool. I hope it takes off and you find the time and money to keep expanding your product line.
The video does make it look downhill, but I can attest that Camilo deal rio north is not downhill whatsoever.

Oh gawd! Has it come to this already?
By how much? Could it be shaved down?
Having a hard time finding a fan shroud base for a v1 103 fan set up.
Necro bump! Why won't the 108 fan shroud work with a 103 fan? Can it be modified? Having a real hard time finding a 103 shroud and base. Especially the base.
Hooter, I broke my springs and they chewed up my starter plate friction material, so I said fuck it and turned the starter plate into a brace. Worked great. That being said, I've only been able to get this clutch to last a few miles before it beaks springs. Chamfered the shoe spring holes like crazy. They break on the ends, they break in the middle, they break where the hook turns into the c
I've got another block and reeds plus reed material. Thanks though.
Any opinions on the Malossi VL6 reed block? Worth the $45?
Tried that Kyle. It seems to be because the rubber coating goes all the way up the where the reeds mount and when I tighten them the rubber compresses and makes the end pop up. My foot stinks so bad!
Gears aren't made out of aluminum for a reason. Most gears are hardened steel.
So when I tighten the screws on the stops down it makes the reed bend away from the block. Anybody else have this problem? Is there a fix besides a $100+ v-force or something? I believe it may be the issue causing the blowback I'm experiencing.
