Thanks. Yea the bushings I've read about, but it seemed this guy was really warning about the lower end. He's got a pretty thick accent I might have just misunderstood him. Maybe he was trying to tell me to get a new crank? I donno. Thanks for the input.
A guy at the local shop just told me you need to worry about the connecting rod bearing is more likely to go before the crank bearings on a kitted bike.I don't remember ever reading anything about that on here.Thoughts?Experiences?
Lol i don't think they do. Mines an 04

I got a deal on a Jcams setup and couldn't wait for a kit to fool with it.It rips.
Try 105-120. I'm running 110 with a stock, unported cylinder. It was running pretty good but I didn't finish tuning it because it got cold. It ran ok with a 105, and 120 was too rich for me.Still using that estoril too, thanks.
Good thread. Will a tach work alright with this wire and a BUZ plug?!http://www.treatland.tv/v/vspfiles/photos/atomic-shielded-wire-yellow-2T.jpg!I've never screwed with this stuff before-- what do you do with that second wire that is sticking out?
Will new crank seals take care of the tranny leak?
make sure your bendy is screwed in all the way on the carb... or at least screwed enough to prevent air from getting in
What kind of carb/intake?

Apparently they fall apart pretty quickly because the muffler is rivited on and not welded.
Does the hatching wear down over time?

Yea man I clamped some unifoam and a pantyhose on it last night and upjetted to a 59. The acceleration was noticeably better. I'll see about getting a 6.Thanks everyone for the input.
Sorry, should have mentioned it was a biturbo exhaust. I'm just trying to get it runnin well, thats all. Its only been ridden once in the past 2 years and the previous owner didn't take very good care of it (for example, he told me the transmission fluid never had to be changed on a tomos). I've been cleaning it up and am trying to just do what I can to make it run better/faster w
Thanks all for the input and clarification. I've recently cleaned my muffler (first time in I guess 5 or 6 years) and I'm gonna put on a high flow filter asap (currently have stock box) and rejet accordingly.I'm figuring with more air/fuel the colder 6 should do it?
Hey all,What plug do you use for a stock a35? I'm getting conflicting data.My service manual says NGK B5HSWiki says B6HSPDF I have of another a35 service manual just says NGKI've seen stuff in various threads that say B7HSPlug thats in right now (don't remember buying it) says BP 7HSI bought some B5HS already based on my manual. I didn't bother to look anywhere else-- didn
thanks all.Whats a boost bottle?
So a couple years ago I took the oil injector off my a35, but the screw is still in the intake (the screw the oil flowed through). Do you think this has a negative effect on the air/fuel flow? If I remember correctly, it didn't run as well with the screw out and the hole plugged. But I'm wondering if the engine would perform better with a non-injector a35 manifold. What do you think? H
