Yes, exactly it has 5 low and 5 high. I’ve researched it, but just want opinions of those familiar or that have owned one.

Looking at buying one that is absolutely beautiful. Needs minor tweaking and tuning to run perfect. Guys says it’s been sitting for a few months and starts. It will only run for a few minutes before wants to die. Hopefully it is simple tuning and maintenance. The bike looks practically brand new and shiny without a scratch on it. A little over 3,000 miles. It’s a 10 speed. Anybody know much

Leg shield is missing. Asking $1,000. Is that too high? I see in excellent condition can be worth around $3,000.

Looking at buying one of these. Not a moped, but a small motorcycle almost a scooter. I’m talking to a guy selling his 1966 in really clean and great running condition. Looks like he’s replaced some cosmetic stuff with original parts so looks to be mostly all original. Says the only issue is the kick start doesn’t work. I’ll have to figure that one out as it’d be nice to use. Anybody know mu

I haven’t seen it in person yet. Going to look at it Tuesday. It looks like ‘79 is 10 or 11hp and 6 gears. Pics look super clean.

Thoughts? Saw a really great looking well taken care of ‘79 KE 125 for sale. I don’t know much about them, but I love vintage 2 strokes. Guy says it ran last year and could get it running for a little more $. My thoughts are a basic carb cleaning, new plug, gas, oils, battery swap, and simple tune up stuff and hopefully should start up. Less than 4,000 miles on it and it looks great and clean

I’ve got it clean and running. New oils and gas. Will run well on choke, but wants to die when choke put to run. I’m thinking it needs a good carb cleaning and maybe a fuel filter just because. Thoughts?

Any “noped” riders in Denver, CO area??? I’m a yamahopper enthusiast (own 3) and looking to meet, ride, or hang with fellow nopeders. You don’t have to own a Yamaha QT50, but if you do that’s awesome. I am not hip, I’m kind of getting old and have young kids and not a lot of free time, but I’d love to hang and talk shop with fellow scooter folk.

I have a 1982 blue Yamaha QT50 and am in need of blue plastic side covers to make it complete. I have one red one, but would either like one more or trade my red cover for a blue. Let me know if you’ve got them.

I recently bought a 1982 Yamaha MJ50 Towny. Looks to be mostly complete and fairly clean. It's nowhere near perfect bought I talked the guy down from asking $150 to $100. He claims the only issue is the stripped kick starter that failed him a few months ago and before that ran good. At a glance it looks to need a new kick start lever and possible starter gear it's hard to tell which

Just got a 1982 Yamaha Towny and I'm gonna need some parts to bring it back to life. Off hand I know I need a key ignition as it was striped out of the box. I'm also in need of an air filter box and assembly and kick start lever. I know a lot of these parts are compatible with the QT50's as I have had one in the past. Any help or tips would be appreciated. Anybody have pics of t
