im just trying to make the thing a bit faster, and after a google search i had no luck, anyone have any tips or no a place to find a new exhaust for it?

ok so ive got a basically stock vespa ciao, i changed the pulley and belt from a stock 92 mm to the 70mm to give it a little more high end. its going about 27 right now, id like to have it be able to hit about 35mph so which pipe would you recommend preferably off of treats, price isnt a big deal im willing to through down some cash on it to get it moving

i have a 74 ciao that goes 30 stock, im upgrade to the 70mm pulley's to increase the top end speed, it should have the bike going about 40 while sacrificing some acceleration, so to give me more low end im putting this pipe on http://www.treatland.tv/vespa-piaggio-moped-tecno-circuit-pipe-p/vespa-tecno-circuit-pipe-2.htm a few people on here recommended it and it has a good review on treats,

i have a 74 vespa piao, it goes about 30 stock but i just ordered the 70 mm pulley and belt to match along with a tecno circuit performance pipe modle 2, im hoping with these changes i can get it going 40 easy, you think its do able?

i did it with out welding, i had to take off the kickstand and cut off the puch mounting plates but i managed to attach this pipe ( http://www.treatland.tv/puch-tecno-bullet-pipe-aluminum-baffle-p/puch-tecno-bullet-aluminum.htm ) i got it for free it gets me going about 34 up from 27 and gives me more mid and top end acceleration, overall im pretty happy with it. despite how it looks in the pictur

well i ordered the 70mm version and that should get it going abut 40 with less acceleration so im going to try and find a pipe that gives it more acceleration, any suggestions on pipes?

hmm thanks for the tip, is there anything you can do about it? replace it, maybe all new forks? i mean mine does 30 as is and it feels fine. but id hate to have anything happen while riding

my 77 maxi did about 22 stock, once i slapped a pipe on it it does a solid 30 mph but once i get my 64cc kit and new carb im sure it will do at least 40

when i had a ciao i went with the 90mm pulley and belt that took me from doing 20 to 27 for cheap, it took off my acceleration a bit but it did go faster on the cheap

Just got my maxi running with a 65cc kit 16.16 sha carb and a boss pipe, im looking to upgrade pipes, email me with what ya got please. the only pipe im not interested in would be a circut pipe, i have one on my other bike and love its performance but the noise gets tiresome.thanksandy

i got it a year or so ago, its not hitting its power band at the moment because the belt is to tight on the new variator, but stock it did 22, then i changed the rear pulley got it going 27 so im guessing it will be doing mid 30's with the correct belt and maybe tunning the variator a bit, i have a set of weights for the variator as well

as the title implies im looking for any puch, it doesnt have to run but at least have spark, an e50 would be cool to, but ill consider a za50 ive just personally never worked on one. Im in ohio so shoot me an email with what you have on hand, thanks!
