take out the studs and use metric bolts. bring one stud to a local hardware shop and find matching bolts, fuck studs anyways.. bolts are where its at

air leak has been fixed thanks to metric bolts instead of exhaust studs. I have the same issue with my airsal kit.. airleak at the exhaust and cylinder. dont waist any time trying to tune your bike until you fix the airleak.

Yeah alex its as tuned as it can get it right now. bout to upjet one more size then adjust my idle and I should be ok. Doubt Im going to ride satruday since its a long one.. I'll see how my bike runs tonight.

After a long day of downjetting / plug chopping... I think 76 may be the winner, need to adjust the idle.72 is too lean, 74 is lean, 78 was a little too rich, I think 76 should be perfect. dropped the need down 1 more notch (3 down from top). Running an 82 jet now, getting close to having it tuned proper. If you park on a street sign pole of any kind, lift the pole to make sure its fully attached to the ground

Man, I cant get anyone with a good camera over to my place!**How about this for a 2-3 month temporary fix until I can save up for a new exhaust.Hi temp epoxy around the leak. Its a small small gap, my buddy said that epoxy is good up to 1000 degrees. I will check weekly for leaks.. anyone had any negative thoughts on this?Thanks
