The irony to all this is that I just "unlisted" all my moped videos from my YouTube channel this week... The pump system on this bike was in good shape but I have seen the types of problems described by Moped Lar on several other bikes.The mix on my setup was off and I was getting too much oil. Idle on start ups was very shaky, tons of blue smoke. Usually required 3 or 4 good solid kicks to get it to turn over and lots of throttle before she'd settle into a steady idle .Now, I can start it by ha

I got rid of my Tomos A35 oil injection system last weekend... Can't believe I didn't do this sooner. Bike runs beautifully now, starts up with half a kick and no extra smoke, running 40:1Oh riders of Tomos rejoice in the dumping of the pump!

I hate that "loosey-goosey" feel of pedals. You can never torque your body weight against them properly when your going over a set of train tracks or a pothole, pegs just feel more comfortable for a guy at my weight (245 lbs)
