Alex-I have a '79 Honda Express II. I am new to owning one. I need the Air Cleaner, including inserts etc. I would also like the rear fender and all of the brackets etc. to put it on. Do you have?Thanks, Buzz

This is my first MOPED- I bought a 1979 Honda Express last night. I'm from PA. The first issue I have is there is no title. The old registration from 1992 and a tag is on the bike. What's the best way to get a title. Secondly which I didn't realize till I got home was that it has no turn signals. Do you have to have turn signals to get inspection? Does any one know?Buzz
