Rad, thanks for the info, I have noticed on a couple of the main roads like university and alafaya. I am down to ride with the UCF cre
Hey MA, I just moved to the Orlando area, my POD comes today and I finally get my mopeds back. I have been here for about a week with no peds. I was wondering whats up with the bicycle lanes? Can you ride mopeds in those lanes? My friend says you can but I haven't seen any peds in them. How is security around the area? with a little heat and a hammer the old ones came off really easy, the ends are still in good condition.yeah Michael, you are correct the new ones didn't really fit too smoothly, i didn't know about the thread pitch being different. i did grease the threads on the new pedals after i realized that they weren't exactly compatiable. that helped a little.i guess the new crank arms would
so i checked the pedal arms, G is on the left and D is on the right as well as the number 40 on each one. i'm guessing thats the length of the arm? maybe not.i am going to try and heat them up and see if that will loosen them up, just have to run and grab a torch.i'll let you guys know. i never imagined that changing the pedals would be such a pisser. i'll see what happens, thanks a
rad reb, thanksi'm just replacing them bc i dont like the stock plastic ones, i like the classic pedal a little better.a couple months ago i put a thread on here bc my motor was "bucking" or jumping on my moby. you were right about the engine mounts being shot, replaced them and put a new belt on. the ped is running great, thanks again.
i was hoping to change the pedals on my 50V. ordered a pair of 9/16 replacement pedals, came to find out that i needed a thin 15mm open end wrench (found one at the neighborhood bike shop).problem is that i can not for the life of me break the pedal loose from the crank-either of them.i know the right one has right handed threads and the left has left handed threads. am i missing something? any tr
