using 4 base gasketusing a L86cin the 21mm phbg carb im runnin a 112 main jet and a 60 idalnot sure what u mean by It is bridged exhaust port???
ok will dohye almost got runnin spryed some premix in the carba dn pushed down the life like my life depended on it and it started puffin and even ran for about 10 secs and pulled me under it own power at about 5mphwhen it did run for thoes 10 sec it sounded real week like it was running bun only like half runnin if that makes any sencei think if I had some nos and give it a lil shot it may be abl
yes i tryed peddlein my ass of as weel as runnin with it can get it to even puff
never used nos on this motor used it on that kit before tho
it was always ported since day one i just opend up the 2 main ports for the intake and ex. a tiny bit but with the V1 motor and this 90cc kit it just never ran with a pipe wtf idkabd what really dont make sence as i made a homemade stright pipe it was perfectly stight and it wouldint run with that on it ether took it off and sure enough ran goodmaybe the exsulst port is to big for the pipe?

ok tie the shop vac down like so put a 12volt marine batt in a book back then get a inverter so i can plug the shop vac into thre battery then put the hose on the tail pipe its the perfect plane.well almost how to i keep the hot fumes from melting the hose?????any thoughts ideas

plug is brown but is always bone dry even if I spray a shit load of premix in the cylinder and when I take the pipe off its just all pours out of the pipe wtf
heres a better idea im gonna take a bilge pump the kind used on a boat put on the end of my pipe then get a small 12 volt battery motorbike size mount that on the bike then get a solar pannle that rechaged batteres mount that then run it to a on/off switch and BAMnow i just need to figue out how to keep the plastic hose from melting hmmmmmand its a V1 motor mopagenand yes i may be just a lil weird
i tryed 3 exspaion pipes same same with allnot sure how I thought of the shop vac idea just kinda thought about it and poped in my head idk maybe i can cut the pipe in half someohow put a small steel fan in there run it to a battery and bam idk
I did open the intake and exhaust a bit just the main port where the intake bolts on and where the pipe bolts on

on my V1 like i was saying on a olderpost it would run good with no pipe but would not run at all with any pipe.SO i ran in to this I start the bike on the stand with the shop vac on the end of the pipe and once it starts I can take the shop vac off now bike will die if the back wheel touches the ground tryed cranking up the revs and crashed itso once I get it runnin with the pipe and take the sho
and nitous kit is not a joke
with a 112 it runs prefect any leaner and it starts to get hot
I can shine a light through the pipe and its clean as can be its bran new
