I had an English version of this bike, it was sold here as a turbo sport and had a 2 speed hand gearchange setup with a kick starter rather than pedals, nice little bike all told.
wtf is that grill s'mores shite, no wonder you yanks are so fat.

anyone know where i can get 2 new chrome 2"x17" wheel rims? cant find any in England or Europe...thanks for any helpCol.
oops, just noticed the age of this thread....
Guy's i'm no expert but based on my own experiments i would have thought the jet sizes you are talking would be way too big for a stock cylinder with a 15mm carb, i would have thought you would need to be around the mid 60's to get it to run right.
I am from England and have dealt with Chris from Puchshop many times with no problems whatsoever, Puchfourm is a friendly place too, theres an English section, advice is good and readily given, also English and European models are the same, USA has some unique models not often seen in UK/EU.

If that was in England and in that condition i would buy it in a snap and be delighted, it was available here and marketed as a cd175 the only differences i can see from the pics is that the UK model had a colour coded headlight, buy it if you have the chance, forget the reviews, just ride it and enjoy it..
Does anyone know if this is possible?I live in England and would really like to go to a major US moped rally and take my own bike, years ago (early 80's) i met a guy from the US who had removed the engine from his bike, packed it up as a bicycle and carried his engine as hand luggage, i havent flown for years and i'm sure since 9.11 things have got tougher.has anyone any experience in do
Youre all correct about it being a harsh ride, i need to re angle the pipe to allow for a better peg location, and a minimalist seat pad is also a must, the bars too are as has been suggested in for a chop i tried ace bars but they were too narrow, i think i'll shorten these by about 4 inches, any way to those that like it ...i'm glad you like it, and to those who hate it ..i'm glad

Anyone know if it will work on a ZA motor? and if so how do you time it?
Could you please explain what you do with the carb cleaner? how is it used, or wd40 for that matter to check for leaks?thanks.
Flip the 2nd gear clutch....the difference is MASSIVE.If you dont like it, flip it back..
i'll check the timing at the weekend, i cut it because the silencer was hitting the shock absorber and wouldndt allow it to fit so i just cut it at the first junction and rotated it slightly before re welding it.
I used to be an E50 man.....then i discovered ZA's and i just love em, theyre especially good where i live cos its very hilly..
it was running just fine before, all i did was change the pipe.
