if its the piston stuck, you might try soaking it, and tapping it thru the sparkplug hole. maybe take the sparkplug out, and see where the piston is, in its stroke. take the head off, and look

i assume that the frames were stamped in numerical order. It looks like they were stamped before they were painted, assembled, boxed and shipped. Which, i assume would surely have mixed all the numbers.I guess what I wonder , really is,, did SOL-US , sell just 5000s, when, and how many, and how many were produced ever.?

in your 702 serial number series, there are about 3800 bikes.I have an orange and yellow, in the 702 series, from dallas. taking your lowest to my highest its about 3900 bikes. I wonder, did that shop sell bikes just for that summer, and was it about 4000 bikes?

I've gone and looked at the wiki wiring diagram, that's called a transformer,, but now I see,, that, maybe I forgot to replace the condensor, that was removed with the points, before it came here... still wornder how it could have run at all without points,,, thinking maybe the magnets on the flywheel,, just happen to coincide with timing,,, enough to cause a spark, at close enough to

the square box with the 4 wires attached to it? is that what that is? I thought modules went more with the CDI stuff, Is it that box that's gone bad? It has the condensor/capacitor thingie it?

a fellow brought me a pug 102,, it was running, but not real well. just slow. I looked into it, and discovered that it had no contact points. the leads in behind the flywheel were tied together, and taped up. I ordered some points from treats, installed them. it ran the same. puffing at the exhaust now, so I removed the exhaust, it didnt seemed clogged. put it back on, and adjusted the points
