Compassion is a great thing. Maybe you need to have reeived it before you are able to give it.I met Jay and thought he was a really nice guy. I felt he turned against a friend of mine unfairly, and so I wasn't very happy with him. When Jay got hurt, I still donated to his recovery fund... compassion for a guy I had met and liked.Get well soon Jay.

I think you register it with the frame you built the bike on. The fact that it has a serial # and not a vin# just means it is an older frame. This may work out in your favor, as you can register it as a class c moped (no helmet or insurance needed). There are a few forms you will need. If you want them, I may be able to email them to you.
