When I was running a Notched vario with PAI weights and a proma I was pulling 40 in LA. I would get a 6 roller and an upgraded ramp plate though, The weights are easier to find and you can tune it better it should get you to the mid to high 30s all day every day for pretty much ever.

With a vise, a hose clamp and a steady hand you might be able to pull off the carb, but the jets are so small that I would use a press. Not as expensive as you might think. A Bench top drill press is surprisingly cheap/

That little guy gets attached where the panel gets screwed in. It makes no difference with the lights. Mine doesn't get attached anymore because I broke that cover.

While not out of the realm of possibility this tap is new and it didn't leak before the move, it currently is in the off position, and still drained the breather tubes over night. Needle?

So Ever since I kitted my 82 Hobbit with a DR "70" cc kit my carb leaks. Not when it runs, it runs like a champ. When it stops though it leaks from what seems to be the breather tubes. it used to be that If I If I didn't turn my tap off it would slowly leak from the carb, I still leak, even more now after a move from 2300 feet to 5200 feet, Jetting seems ok (gonna dial in a bit

Technically if It says no motor vehicles or if it is a bike only area then yes no mopeds. The motor cruisers are technically breaking the rules, but Tucson changed rules and such for motorized bikes, Mopeds are not motorized bikes since we register, have to have DLs and had our rules written before the motorized bike thing. Some of us have been stopped and told to ride in the bike lane, and some of

In Tucson in the summers I always wore shorts and a T shirt. No helmet laws so I usually opted out because I am not a fan of having my brain cooked.

I rock a G1 that I picked up on launch day during my lunch break.I rooted it, I am running the current cygen mod, and I threw an 8 gig SD card in there with the app2sd option. So a year an a half into a 1st gen device that is still uptodate & I have only found 1 or 2 things it wont run and those are always games I hardly play. Not only that this thing has survived a moped accident and a beating

I have that Simo baffle on my rig. I had to use a little shimming and 2 hose clamps plus some steal strap to really keep it on. Works pretty well compared to the baffle proma gives you.Bike is still pretty loud though, I also had a lot of success quieting it down with a pair of headphones and an Ipod.

I put on the Proma on a stock 82 hobbit a couple of days ago.Love it. The stock Honda "pipe" was so quiet that it is surprising how loud the proma is, I fixed it by wearing both ear buds.

I took out the whole thing and popped the glass out. Then I cut a hole for a car fog light that came from harbor freight. Fit my new light which is a 12 V something halogen. wired it in, and since it is the same light fixture that is supposed to fit it just bolts back in. Now my high/low beam is an on off switch and while the half powered light is a little bit dimmer than a stock one I find that i

So I dug around and used the part # from the "wiki":urlhttp://www.mopedarmy.com/wiki/Honda_PA_Manuals , Turns out that the old part number is something they can order, and the "new" one is the same for both front and back brake shoes. the new one I pulled from "here":http://www.hondaktm.com/fiche_section_detail.asp which seems to be the same one that Honda dealers pul

So I went to my honda shop with the part #( SHOE SET, BRAKE06430-131-405 ) for what should be rear brakes shoes, but the parts do not fit. My database and theirs have the same parts number. The shoes are different sizes, shapes, and use different tension methods.Whats going on? and where do I get some rear hobbit brakes so I can get back on the road!

I usually just pop the back clutch bell and stuff off, then it is pretty easy. Just don't lose your woodruff key.
