How exactly would it be done?
I would suggest starting with about a 70 and working your way down. Always jet rich at first. ALWAYS. IT's not worth it to loose an engine by playing guess and check.

Does anyone have any pics of how they modified an expansion chamber to fit their stock Garelli cylinder? I'm kinda thinking about how I want to do my Proma GP and figured a picture would be of great help. Thanks.
Anyone tried this setup? I have a stock cylinder with a 15.15 carb w/ hi-flow filter. Main concern is both low end as well as rev capacity (prefer to gain some top end speed)
So then would a Biturbo 2 piece be my best choice since i dont really have access to a welder? I figured I could use the stock header and the biturbo expansion chamber...
So, I assume a Puch header will bolt up to the garelli head (with some MILD dremel work I assume)? If so, should I go for a BiTurbo for the Puch or a Tecno Circuit? Any thoughts/opinions?
So, since there are pretty much no pipes for the Garelli and I'm pretty poor, would a "pocket bike performance pipe" work if i welded it to my header pipe?
I'm just having a hard time trying to figure out what I can use to fit...
Also, will a loss of backpressure do any damage to the engine? I'm pretty new to the 2 stroke scene.

So, I have a basically stock Garelli Rally SL (NOI engine) with the Del 14.12 and a drilled exhaust. Would a 15.15 give me more speed? Any thoughts for easy top end speed for the NOI engine would be appreciated.
So, I've done some searching for a polini kit for my 86' Garelli Rally SL and don't know which kit will fit since there are a few different kinds and none that I have found say they fit a garelli. Any help?
Check your idle jet. If that clogs your bike wont run w/o choke b/c some carbs have a separate fuel supply for the choke.
So, Garelli rims are 16" and call for a 2.5" tire. Would a 16 x 2.25 tire fit as well? Just curious cause I can get 16 x 2.25's for really cheap.
