I have a qt50 that is missing a petcock and I heard that an nc50 one might be compatible. Is this true? If so that would be great as they seem easier to find for nc50's. Thanks
You probably already know, but the NC50 I got from you has been running just fine with one of the K&N knock-off filters like the one that is on the qt50. It's a little lean, but it runs fine.
thanks for the info. I will try lubing the cable up. How do I disassemble the front hub? Is there anything I should be careful not to remove? Do they have replacement parts for that plastic gear? Thanks
I just got a QT50 that seems to be having some speedo issues. It reads accurately (I think) until 25mph, when all of a sudden the needle jumps into the unknown and it starts making this awful squealing sound in the front end by the speedo and front forks. I'm assuming it has to be the speedo or the speedo cable. The cable does look a little worn, but it doesn't seem bad enough that it re
anyone have any other info on this?
Mine does the same thing. Does it feel like the power is cutting out when you are at nearly full throttle? Like there are dead spots or "bubbles" where it isn't getting any power? If so, and you find a fix, please post it here as it might be of some help to me as well. Thanks
thanks for the info. that helps. i think being able to interchange parts will make finding them a lot easier. :)
I have a Honda Express 1981 NC50 that I need a box assembly control for. That small part with three hose attachments that is bolted to the cylinder head. A guy is selling one on ebay off of a 1981 NX50M SR. Will they be compatible? Are parts between expresses generally compatible? Thanks for any help.

Hey Aaron. I got my express from you. What do you have that is running or almost there for about 300-400? i got that express running pretty well. just needs some fine tuning. it was a pain to get that choke part. And it turned out to be a single speed, but it still goes pretty good. Just sluggish at the start. Let me know. Thanks so much.
Looking for a good condition Honda, Yamaha etc. with title in Bellingham, Wa. About an hour north of Seattle. Looking to spend about $400 or less. Not running but complete bikes are fine. I would buy from Seattle but have no way to transport. Would be willing to pay extra for transport north if someone in Seattle is selling, or if you are headed this way that would be even better. Let me know what
Thank you. That would be awesome. :)
Does anyone have any ideas or have you encountered the same problem? What should I be searching for? Whenever I search for honda express bystarter nothing comes up. Is the bystarter part of a larger assembly that is better known? Anyone? Thanks
I need a bystarter and assembly from a 1981 honda express nc50. When I bought mine it turned out that the entire auto choke system was missing. Willing to pay a good amount including shipping as required to washington state. If anyone can help me out please let me know. I would also be interested in a way to bypass the system. I have the box assembly control that attaches to the cylinder head, but
I am in desperate need of a bystarter for a 1981 nc50. Would be interested in the whole air cleaner assembly, but only NEED the bystarter. Also possibly a basket, for the front or the saddle bag type. Let me know. I am having a really hard time finding that bystarter or anything really useful for a 1981. Thanks so much.
If people are cutting you off it's probably because they don't see you. If they don't see an entire moped with a person sitting on top, then they most likely won't see a tiny toy gun hanging off the back of your invisible moped. Good luck.
if he's less than about 5 weeks old he'll need to eat about every 45 minutes to 2 hours. you can mix some canned food with kitten formula. keep him very warm. if he won't eat it's best to heat the food a little to entice him or feed him from a syringe (without needle). if he's really young and his eyes are barely open you're pretty hard pressed to keep him alive as he
I saw an ad on CL saying that he would trade his 3/4 acre land parcel for a small running motorcycle straight across. Must me in the middle of nowhere.
