A friend cut off their headlight wiring, he ordered a new sealed beam headlight but were not sure which wires go where....i think there is white, blue, brown, and i think grey or pink....2 tabs on the light.....ive looked at some wiring diagrams but cant seem to get it...thanks for any help

yeah its got 2....so there no problem that its 6v system?

77 garelli is a 6 volt system, i bought the universal high tension coil and it doesn't seem to be working.....is there a 6 volt / 12 volt issue?

i looked into the clutch stuff.....took it apart and i didnt have and rubber bushings under the plate.....i used rubber hose to replace them....got to late but i think it will fix my problem

hmmm...well my brake light isnt working fully, and is does die on the stand when you use the brake unless you do it real slow...

Finally getting close to having this thing run good but it doesn't seem to want to idle when i come to a stop. Clean gas, hoses, and filter. ive tried multiple set ups with tuning it.....it starts up good and will idle all day fast or slow but as soon as you stop the wheel it will die, or it will die once i stop down the street....ive checked for air leaks but can find any, clutch oil is fres

well it ran fine when i got it.....then i put all the performance stuff on it.....i did change the clutch fluid....i read around and ended up using transmission fluid....also its hard to start and seems to flood bad....it wont even react to starter fluid after it floods

im running a 48 on my idle jet.....any suggestions on how far i should go down?

77 garelli with 70cc bore kit,... Performance exhaust, 21mm phbg carb,air filter, intake.....w16 needle in carb.....it is super bogged down when i start off but top end is good.....can anyone recommend a needle that might help me out.....ive messed around with the jets and mixture screws with no luck....im in hot florida......thanks

Well it seem my needle is a w16....and from what i read that is the problem.....does any have any recommendations?

just to to make sure.....my needle is at the lowest setting now.....meaning the clip is towards the top of the needle....and you want me to raise it by lowering the needle to the second of 3 settings i think

Well i hooked it up yesterday and it was raining bad and i think the moisture in the air was messing it up so i wasn't sure.....so im super sick and just woke up and its raining but the bike is nice and dry now and it started up so i think its good i just need some time and dryer weather to go test it out......josh from 1977 mopeds helped me over the phone....the red wire that is with the blu

Im running 70cc + estoril+ 21mm phbg on a garelli....feels like its around 45mph but i still have a lot of tuning left

i know...i started at 96 and slowly went down to 74.....as i did it got better the lower i went.....do i need to get a hp pipe?
