Here is the story.http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/07/11/academy-sports-manager-fired-weeks-after-intercepting-gun-thief-suspect-in-florida-store-lawyer-says.htmlThis scumbag already stole some guns, had ammo and said he wanted to kill someone. He probably saved someone or a few peoples lives by stopping him. Just seems really wrong.
You are not supposed to pet or touch them either because it distracts them from doing their job. Yet almost every time I see one out somewhere kids are always going up and petting them.
Since I was on here last met someone who told me how to figure out mfr date. My amp was made between Jul-Sep 1969.
That was awesome, I don't remember that one. I love how every time the cops bike gets smashed up all he has to do is use the tire pump to fix it.
^Damn that's a nice collection. I don't see my model there but has that same type padding. I have the black my dad wasn't into the sparkle stuff, lol. I found a pic of one that was similar to mine but didn't have the foot pedal input jack on the front, said it was a '68. I don't know how to tell for sure the manufacture date. It was made in Kansas.
^ I have a Kustom K200 amp head with the big 3 speaker cabinet. It has the built in reverb, tuck and roll padding on the outside. Same rig CCR used back in the day. My dad bought it new back in early 70's. Still works great but back around '90 I bought a Randall RG100ES and that's been my main rig ever since.I guess I had to be different and preferred solid state over the tubes. I h
Sorry for the late reply I don't get on here much since hurricane Irma flooded my house back in sept.I'm positive I have another issue of Moped Biking besides the red one you have posted. It's somewhere with a bunch of my old comics. I have all the Garelli and Vespa sales brochures with it all together. If I remember correctly there were a few pics from here is Sarasota towards the
They were a big influence on me when I was a kid. After I heard Sin City the first time I was an instant fan. Still one of my fav songs to this day. Back in Black came out about the same time I started playing guitar. When I was in high school I think I played almost every song on that album and a bunch of the older stuff too. Saw them twice first in '82 and again in '86, I still have th
Ever since the redesign I don't get on here much. It hurts my eyes and is harder to navigate. I still can't get it to post a picture.I understand that it is supposed to be better for the phone but I never use my phone for the internet, I can barely use it for a phone. After hurricane Irma flooded my house I had no power for so long and busy with cleanup so that cut into my computer time.
I have some tomato plants going but too small to bother with pics.
I will try to attach a pic of one. It was kinda small, legs spread out about the size of a dime. The body is pretty tiny. They have bright red legs and a darker body. As far as I could tell they only live in central and southern FL. You can look up bite pics some are really nasty. I have a glass jar with 4 of them in it that I caught crawling on the side of the house when I was trying to ID them.
I never used to be bothered by them but back about 4 months ago I got bit on the palm of my hand by a red widow. It really messed me up, my hand swelled up so much I couldn't even move my fingers. It made me sick and all the joints in my body ached like I had severe arthritis. I had a big spot that looked like a blood blister on my hand for a couple of months. I've seen them around the h
I just now got back on line. My power was restored 2 days ago. Too busy to hook up computer. My entire house was flooded. Busy pulling out wet carpet and pad and have to rip out all the floor mouldings. All my stuff is all over the yard either drying or just in bags so its out of the way. Huge silk oak tree ripped out of the ground in my front yard. It landed across the street in the neighbors fr
Spent most of the day digging up dirt from my yard and putting it in plastic bags. Then scored some sandbags later on. I think I have enough to pack into the doorways now. It may not stop it but it will at least slow it down. Hard to imagine getting excited about bags of sand and dirt.
i love these mandatory evacuations like where the fuck do they expect you to goNot only that but there is no gas.My mom was telling me that the evacuation shelter down by Punta Gorda where she is at is only safe for up to a category 3 storm. This one is a category 5 so even the shelters are not safe.
No sandbags to be had anywhere. Last nite on the news it showed someone stealing sand from the beach. With 180 mph wind we are going to get hit no matter what path it takes. Some places are just going to be worse than others. I lose power and flood in a lot of storms as it is so I am expecting power loss and water in the house. My whole yard was under water just from the rain of the one that hit
^^Wait a minute that's Papa Emeritus from Ghost.
Yesterday there were lines everywhere for gas, some places sold out.Went to Walmart there was not one single can of soup on the shelves. No water, no paper towels, no toilet paper, no plastic garbage bags of any size, no D,C, or A size batteries. I've never seen the shelves so empty.
The manufacturer could probably sell truckloads of those things in Texas right now. If they were smart they would donate a bunch of them and have their name/logo on every news channel in the country.
I've been on here for about 10 years now and lurked for a couple of years before I joined. It's been my home page since I joined. The thing I like is how easy it is to use and navigate. I've read a lot of other users post the same thing.I have no idea how instagram works I have never used it. So when I clicked the link and saw a bunch of boxes it just confused me. I hope any changes
I think everything is pretty damn ugly anymore. All the cheap electronic parts made in China to fail and cause you grief. The prices are insane for something that's mostly made of plastic.Like Roff said all that extra electronic crap is a major distraction. How many accidents or people are going to get killed because someone was trying to figure out how to use something. A couple of weeks ago
^^ I've never had much luck with pawn shops either. Ever since my early 20's anytime I went out of town or on vacation I have tried to find a pawn shop to stop in. Mostly I was looking for guitars but I just wander around to see if any other treasures are to be had. Most of the time they want more than its worth or close to what a new one would cost for pretty much everything. I have bou
Some one literally got the free canoe!! Lol.You win, killer score. I'd be figuring out and engine bracket.
I started out with a Craftsman set like Maize. When I was in high school my dad and I went to Sears and got a 200 pc set. It was a little different from his pic but that was 35 years ago. Over the years I just added to it. When I was at the dealership we had the Mac and Snap-on trucks showing up so I picked up things here and there. But still went to Sears to get things too. In all that time I ha
'79 seems about right. I remember the front page of the newspaper had the instructions to make the viewer box one day. A lot of kids made the viewer but were not allowed outside. From what I can remember they split the school up between the auditorium and the cafeteria and had TV's to watch it on one of the news channels.
That seems strange not having a registration. We always had them in FL. Back in the 80's they had a place where you had to fill in the current odometer reading. I thought it was a good way to keep track of how many miles I put on the car so I saved most of mine. Somewhere along the way they quit asking for an odometer reading but I still write the miles down on the bottom of the paper before
I have to agree with Willd. I would buff that thing out and leave it as is. If you don't get in a rush you can get whatever you need for it from someone on this site.
I think Maiden Voyage is pretty cool too.
I'm digging on the forks. I've always had a thing for unique suspensions that people have come up with over the years.
^^^^Those teeth tongs are awesome. That's the ultimate BBQ tool. Worth the price of the box just for that.
