Okay, so i may or may not have bought an AMF roadmaster, wheel drive moped. I have a Hero Majestic, similar, but mine has the 60cc cylinder and doesnt come with pedals. These things are a smorgasbord of other mopeds basically. I have a motobecane style kickstart, hobbit clutch, Peugeot 102 cases, with 103 main bearings... ugh.trying to find shit that fits is a terrible nightmare, but i might be able to help if you have simple questions. sourcing parts shouldnt be hard if

So I bought a Batavus Regency toptank today, good deal, not complaining.The thing is, the frame is pretty soft. Is this common? I havent looked too close a look, but it doesnt look like loose axles, and the forks are tight.Are the swing arms weak? the subrame? or is this moped a beefy moped and theres something wrong with mine?~josh

1980's Hero Majestic moped with the optional 60cc top end.Has kickstart the matches a motobecane housing, CDI, case inducted, honda hobbit clutch springs, copy Peugeot 102 bottom end, and other stuff. puegeot front end needs to be attached better. dellorto 15.15The main bearings have been replaced and this is mostly complete. So I went out and bought myself and Hero Ankur even after my friends suggesting I go walk away from the deal.Overall I am very happy with it and can see a lot if restrictions that can be easily removed for better performance. i have a 1978 motobecane 50. it runs but needs cables attached (brakes, lights, etc.) also has a sweet double seat.dont fret about the shitty stock forks, because they have been replaced with murray forks- beefier.$250 dollars pleasedont have a pic- but could clean up nicely- its orange.

haha. i let my father take my fixie for a spin last night and he ended up biffing it because he thought he could coast, even though i told him he couldnt. yada yada yada. we ended up going to the hospital to sticth his foot back together and he blew ten spokes out of the front rim.

i love biking and i just see a fixed gear as a better way to improve conditioning; and with my cushy internship, i need all of the excersice i can get, seeing that i sit in an office most of the day.yeah, my mistake for calling it an underground but it definitely isnt the most common thing, from what i see, in michingan.

just as the titla says. i just finished my road bike today. a fixed gear bicycle. i have a five mile one way commute to work everyday and this should be some good exercise. its pretty quick too.old ross road frame44 front, 17 backfancy junkyard seat and handle bars. etc.Just wondering if there is anybody who is part of the fixie underground.
