hi all i am currently in the middle of kitting my sachs G3, i have the 80ccathena kit and amu just waiting on my replacement crankshaft(mine needed to be replaced) but im planing ahead for my winter project...i have my eyes on a korado frame a friend of mine stripped the engine off of for his mini-magnum project...is it possible fo rme to go 50/50 on a puch e50 engine? how do i do it what pipe? k

A mechanic friend of mine said that it is ossible to take an engine into a motorcycle mechanic and get a clutch made...i have a sachs i am kitting...anyone know of anywhere i could send my engine or get a custom clutch made?

Hi all ive decided to go with pre-mix in my qt50 and have converted my oil tank into a backup gastank with its own seperate shutoff valve i read somewhere about how to disconnect the oil pump so that it doesnt draw power but i cant really figure out how? has anyone done this? i know i have to plug up the oil intake on the carb so im heading to my hardware store right now to pick up a little plug

im gona start work on a superfast pinto...what is the best puch engine that will fit one? im thinking about starting with just the pino frame and building it up over this year before next summer...what do you guys think? im new to puch engines, and i dont really know what is what as far as za50 e50? help me out puchmasters!

Hi i am seriously considering getting the athena 80cc kit for my sachs g3 with a 505D engine...i have already purchased a Simonini exhaust and am looking at carbs...my original idea was to instal the 70cc kit but it seems that it doest exist anymore, also 80cc=10ccmore= faster/more power right? my only concern is instalation of the 80cc kit i.e. is there any porting/honing necessary? how much prec

thanks alot uys i have both a general dirtbike shop and a suzuki motorsports store nearby as soon as i get my new airfilter ill take my jet out of the carb and bring it to those places and get a few different sized jets for tuning, just out of curiosity i also have the performance reed kit coming in the mail, and a set of holeshot clutch springs, will i need to rejet after installing the new reeds

i found this on mopedshop-Rear sprocket for Italian wheels 42 teeth - 42.5mm center hole - 4 7mm mounting bolts - 66mm bolt hole circle - flat sprocket - no offset. New old Stock OE for Safari mopeds.think maybe that will work on my sachs g3? i couldnt find any letters on it so i cant tell what type of sprocket compatability i may have...
