proma fits 1 speeds great, but the rear bracket will not fit 2 speeds. as for pedals and kickstand it should be fine. which tccd do you have 50 or 70?

search the forums before you post, and if you're too lazy to do that, don't be an asshole when you post.

i know nothing about zeta, but i just installed the tccd today. 2 basegaskets so it didnt hit and i port matched, which took forever but it sounds great.

and, you can also re-jet to improve performance.

proma has some awesome low end, if thats what you're looking for then go for the proma. I have one on my two speed maxi and it has better acceleration and top end.
hoek — 15 years ago
you all fucking rule.
hoek — 15 years ago
not to be offtopic, but i love my proma for the lowend, not the top. change up your gearing now that the proma will help the lowend you can gear for a little more top.

ive taken the bike apart and cleaned, fixed and re-assembled the bike. It sat for 2 years so i just did the regular, check for rust, change the gas and even the trans fluid though it only has 400 miles on it. i got 2 new sava tires and tubes from mopedwarehouse. (which by the way were more of a struggle than i thought would be, even with dishsoap). I'm waiting on my batch of sparkplugs to get

I have a 1979 Puch Maxi 2 speed. I read about upgrading, so i researched different options and i decided to go with an after market exhaust. I went for the Proma GP, seeing that ill be stock for awhile i figure it should be a great pipe for that. my question is for anyone that has this pipe, what kind of jet should i aim for? and should i get a new airfilter?

!http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/1619/91093724gw6.jpg!engine has great compression and the tank is clean. its not running, but wouldnt take much wrenching to get it there. I was told that the carb is not original, but there is a carb there.

or invite me there

come ride in rochester. we have some mopedders around here and i hear you have quite the lot in ithaca. lets do something western ny style
hoek — 15 years ago
if you really think the tank is no save-able find a new frame and just transfer everything to it, invcluding the frame tag. that ped is in too nice of condition to part out. and if you part it, the world will be -1 ped.
