I'm not asking "how much my Moped is worth" This neighbor has this General and want me to make him an offer on it. Don't need it - don't really want it, but don't want to insult him with an offer either. Just asking what the market for these is as I have no idea.
When it rains it pours. I just found a General 5 Star with 375 miles on it. Unknown year - Has the tank that is mounted level on the top rail of the frame like a regular motorbike. It's Green if that helps. It's all there and everything works. Runs good with no leaks. Guy is asking for me to make an offer on it. Any ideas of it's value??
My so called 87 Puch turns out to be a 1980 model. Paper work and registration says 1987 but the Vin. tag has a manufacture date of 1/80 on it -SO- I'm guessing it's really a 1980. Everything works and it starts right up - not bad for being in storage for 15 + years. Guess I'll get a manual and put some fresh rubber on it, clean it up a bit and try to keep the wife from laying cla
