Is anyone around Champaign/Urbana or anywhere in central illinois really selling anything for around the $300 range? I'm looking to buy something sometime soon and craigslist is absolutely no help.

I'm looking to buy a moped in the near future. I found this on Craigslist http://chambana.craigslist.org/mcy/308203250.html and was wondering if it's worth the asking price. Are garelli's reliable/good? Any feedback would be good. I don't own a moped right now so I don't know a whole lot about them yet.
