I'm just gonna go past all that, I understand how the math works outBut as someone who's had their hands on a lot of EVs, 48v and 72v are getting you the same top speed, and they'll get you there in the same amount of time, but you'll have to program your controller yourself

I'm still baffled why everyone insists on 72vYou can def buy a 48v 200Ah battery off the shelf

Stub plane is its own world. It's best to get a new crankshaft so you can use taper fit clutches. The toothed nut is the ideal solution, but there are tapered clutches with the teeth attached

Look if you made Minarelli V1L cases that accepted bigger reeds and had the option to use Minarelli cylinders or AM6 cylinders (wider stud pattern, needs spacing) and also offered a couple stator bolting positionsThen id drop some cash for sureBut I'm sure youll find 6-7 folks to do this ZA50 run

Gear oil is a bit too thick honestlyA good option that gives you a Racey feel when it's cold is a 5W-40 or 0W-40. Hybrids and most 4 cylinders use those oils now for a wide range of protectionJust think about what the numbers mean:If it only has one number, it's too thick when it's cold and too thin when it's warmIf it has two numbers, you get all the benefits in between.O'

You don't have to worry about the ND designationThat oil was made over 50 years agoGenerally you want to find a wide ranging oil that works for your environment5w-20 and 10w-40 are good optionsI like a 20w-50 for a really aggressive setup to provide more lubrication and thickness

Minarelli stuff is very common and easily obtainable unless it's rare frame doodadsPS Tomos stuff usually bolts on, and a Tomos front brake cable is a great clutch cable

All vehicles are worth more in California because there's no salt in winter and also the climate of southern California ensures rust is a mere fever dream of some poor soul living east of the San Bernardino mountains
