I got mine six months ago so pretty new. mine cycles thru the three modes as well. I have a resistor plug cap. It's cable is zip tied to the spark wire. I'll try taking off zip tie thanks for the tip Satan

I use a product called Chromglanz on my chrome. I stole it from a metal shop I worked at years ago lol. Works awesome tho.For paint I've always just used car wash soap but I imagine there's better products
