hey guys:it appears that the clutch cable run down through the frame and takes a left turn so it can pull the clutch lever in towards the bike. here are a couple of pics ......is there some sort of guide that is threaded on the frame to keep the cable in place?? and how do you adjust the tension on the cable. ???? 2nd photo is of frame upside down with bottom view or does the cable route diff
Hey guys. I assume this is a loose wheel bearing system. See photos. I have 17 bearings and unsure of the amount needed. Or are there sealed units available. They look pretty worn. Any idea who would have replacements?
Sound like the power is surging when you idle up....the bike should have some sort of rectifyer that evens out the voltage....the other option is just use LED bulbs...they can handle the ups and down of the voltage better......
make sure you gap the spark plug properly ......not sure what that is for a honda express , but should be able to find this online

Hey fella's these are the fenders off the 1977 malaguti commuter ..they are pretty heavily rusted. Ive never had to deal with anything this heavily rusted. Should i soak in a rust remover first then wire brush???????.....any suggestions ...once i remove most of it can i paint over rust? they do feel pretty structurally sound though. ..Thank you in advance for any advicesee attached photoSt

I found a 1977 malaguti moped in a barn in southern Iowa. Are the bikes common or rare. Based on photo what do you guys think. Restore it or part it out.
