The 90cc Minarelli is for 42 or 45 mm stroke(so you will have to adjust it to fit) and doesn't offer very much performance its a stock type cylinder. If you want a powerful 90cc air-cooled cylinder I would look for an apex ATV cylinder which would be way more powerful and very reliable(cast iron).

Also if there is a good clutch that can be made with a lot of work please do tell :) Especially if it's manual :D

Hey MA.I'm(most likely) going to produce E50 cases that fit AM6 or Mina Hori(Aerox/Jog RR) cylinders and intakes(most likely am6 stage6 28mm intake kit).And have some questions about it that I hope you can answer :)Have any of you tried to make something like this?(or any other cylinder that doesn't come from a E50/Z50/ZA50? Hey MA, sorry for double posting but thought this needed a post for itself.Are there any other options than the ktm clutches out there for E50 clutches that can take a lot of HP?(Jammer? VDM clutch?)For the SX50 clutch do you just buy a clutch and bell and weld the E50 gear on the bell and smack it on? or is there anything else you need to do?Have any of you tried an upgraded/tuning SX50 clutch?(i
