Think I might have to live with slow off the line for a while, can't see what I can do about that in the current state

Well, heres an update, fitted a new Del Sha 15 carb, 72 jet, runs a treat, head at 330 deg F up hill, will pull 60kph, prob more if i gear it up, clutch still grabs too early so thought id have a look in there......... guess thats me buggered :(

I think its the x40 frame thats causing the trouble, cant lift the carb or slide it back

Im guessing i need to ditch the 12mm carb and buy at least a 15mm (bing?) I think it will fit on the current manifold (current one has a plastic reducer form 15 to 12mm)Bit of pain to get the carb off, gotta drop the motor down and take the manifold off the engine!

Right, got the exhaust off, looks like mods have been done, very short header into the silencer, maybe 3 inches maxCarb is a dellorto SHA-12-12 with 55 main jet, no air filter and plastic end cap been drilled, as in pic

Hi all, been reading loads here, you guys rock, some very good/funny and interesting info!Just bought this ped, it came with a Airsal 45mm kit fitted (part no: 02030345), the ped has got 1650kms from newFew questions1. I assume that the only thing changed was the cyl/piston, so I assume i need to up the main jet? carb? mod the exhaust? to get the most from this kit?2. The bike hardly revs at all f
