I have found a mint ef Honda floor mat,a 36 inch flat screen that only needed a factory reset.A gallon gas can,an oil funnel.A lot of wrenches and tools.Trash day is good in a rich neighborhood.I got a desk,a kitchen table, the TV all from the curb that was put out with the trash.

There was a guy I worked with at Honda power Equipment that had one.He had Honda badges all over it.He just happened to be Asian so I thought he was one of the Japanese bosses ,and it was a bike from their r&d department.I was super excited. One day I got behind him and followed him to where he was going. It turned out he was just a regular worker, and not a Japanese boss.He had put Honda decals

Wow ,that four wheeler is amazing .If I ever find one of those tao tao racers for really cheap I will do it.Maybe one will break down ,and I can get it for cheap.I think they are like $1,500.00 brand new so maybe in a year or two they will start breaking down and popping up for sale cheap.

Actually in person they don't look that bad except for the stupid small wheel in the back and the 17 inch in the front. That is why I think the Hobbit swap would be cool because it would have a 17 inch wheel in the rear also.As far as the wrong subculture goes. You realize the only people that don't laugh at us about our mopeds are the ones that ride them ,and 90 percent of the general pub

Ok thanks ,sorry for the dumb question.I didn't look in wiki ,I did search ,but found nothing saying if it's reverse threaded or not.I think the derbi nut is reverse that's why I asked.I guess I should source a shop manual.
Rick Shaw — 2 years ago
I mean the one in the front .Not the 27mm one.
Rick Shaw — 2 years ago
It's been a minuteI can't remember is it reverse threaded?I don't want to mess the threads up turning it the wrong way to take it off.

I think Hawaii has some Puch mopeds, but I bet they want alot of money for nice ones. You have a nice bike.I would ship it if I were you and could afford it.I don't know if you will find much minarelli stuff there.
Rick Shaw — 2 years ago
I think that should slide right off.
Rick Shaw — 2 years ago
Oh ok,I didn't know that. The bike I am working on now is the first Puch I have had with a cdi.I always had the stock points.I am not sure why the timing will not get right.Maybe you could try flipping the stator.
Rick Shaw — 2 years ago
I know you said you got the bolts off ,but for future reference this is this best stuff ever.

Is your engine a e50 or the za50?Because if it's a e50 the arrow on the flywheel should point clockwise.
Rick Shaw — 2 years ago
Yeah that arrow should point clockwise if I am not mistaken .I wonder if you have a flywheel for a za50 instead of e50?
