Hello again, so I bought a multimeter and I don't seem to be getting power back to the blinkers. I checked for continuity at the bulb and at the connection under the fuel tank and got nothing. The battery is reading good at a little over 6 volts too. Any ideas!?!

Yes it's brand new and fully charged
So the 12v bulbs won't light up at all or just not as bright? Or blow instantly
Also, I bought the battery off Amazon and it's slightly smaller than the original, but it it brand new and charged up
When you say that circuit, what do you mean?
I have a 1980 Honda express I've restored and can't get any of the blinkers, taillight, or horn to work at all. It has a new battery and I've checked all the bulbs, wires and grounds. The high beam and indicator light are working.... I'm not real good with electrical issues, so don't know where to go from here. I read in a post that was ok to put 12v bulbs in this system a
