Side bleed estoril

Picked up 2 pipes to try out and yeah estoril is the mopeds moped. Za50 is trying out the 24mm ID stock like and she got a boost coming off a jamarcol with 19mm ID. Also took the 2 treats long seats and cut the foam away and replaced with purple seat cushion.

The series B had a promo circuit pipe when I bought it and last summer was a ripping fun summer. But I think the side bleed estoril is the only pipe I would buy now. I keep starting up Frank just to hear the pipe 😆

Both Frank and Goldie are rebuilt 70cc, Frank got a new crank, Goldie still with stock crank.

Totally normal JBOT /

Side bleed estoril on a treats reed has massive torque for days. I built one up and it was a joy to ride, low clutch stall and climbed the steepest hills at 18/45. Grunty af

I'm thinking about changing gearing, I'm 16/45 now and top speed on flat is 39. Want just a little more speed.

Famous last words . ;)

Your Turing about 8,600 RPMs to get 39 on that gearing. If you pop an 18 front on there and run 18/45 8600 will get you to about 45mph.

That's where I want to be. And I have an 18 and a new chain if I need it. I was looking at the moped toolbox and was gonna try the 17 first but may jump straight to the 18.

The extra baffle they added is only there to reduce noise this is why older 2 chamber pipes often make more power

I didn't realize the chain cut through the chain guard!! Was cutting into the frame!!

The taller 18t lifts the chain off the frame.

You probably went to long on the shocks

You should be doing 50 easy and destroying hills (edited)

Hit 46 today with the end bleed closed off. I'll record tomorrow's ride with the end open a bit. I'm only using a stock 15mm bing and metal mesh air filter.

No, the shocks are correct. The problem was the chain was too long... gave it too much slack..

I bought 340 length shocks, is that too long for a Murray frame? I measured the shocks that came with the bike and bought the same..
