IMO those Homoet euro cigars are better sleeper pipes, they even come in chrome. Not a huge fan of silent ninja due to lack of pedal clearance, not sure if that's also an issue with the Homoets they have now.
But ya Polini looks stock if the side covers are on, stock fin pattern and everything, and comes with a Bing intake that positions it in the stock orientation
