I figured it was only a matter of time before my wheelie Tomos finally killed a Jammer. I had preemptively ordered a new set of shoes when I got it so its no big deal. Destruction was contained to the one shoe and a spring (which I could probably bend right back if I wanted to)

Last time i checked they don’t offer flux core for aluminum. Welding aluminum is a bitch never mind cast aluminum

I just commented on the 'size'. Not whether heli arc would actually work on cast .
Elmer's glue might do a better job . ;)
I don't know as if that's actually cast aluminum. I highly doubt it.
