malossi sport, yasuni c16

Hello guys, so I have LC nrg power with malossi sport kit and yasuni c16 exhaust. I am trying to tune the transmission but it isn’t working out. I am using light green clutch springs (they are from polini set i think), 4.1g rollers and purple malossi torque spring. Start on the scooter is quite bad. If I put lighter rollers start gets really good but top speed gets really bad. Any suggestions how should i fix this? Should I get malossi variator?

Re: malossi sport, yasuni c16

this is not a scooter forum. this is a moped forum.

that being said, get a tachometer, get it on the bike and start to figure this stuff out on your own.

What Adam said. You'll have better luck on a forum / fb group that focuses on scooters; we do mopeds here.

Some or most of this should apply, assuming scooter variators are basically like moped ones: https://www.mopedarmy.com/wiki/Variator_Tuning

What rpm is the clutch set to engage?

What rpm does the variator start to variate?

Does the bike stay at the last stated rpm until it is fully variated?

What is the overall max rpm you are seeing?

sounds like my man needs a tachometer. i’ve been running this one with an iridium resistor plug & it’s been INSANELY accurate
