A nice functioning range is what we are looking for. I'd say 15psi difference is about as much as I'd let slide between my build and someone else's build (they might have used a thicker or thinner base gasket or head gasket.)
but yea, for my own builds and repeat setups (same cylinder, same head, same unmatched cases, same ring gap, same base gasket, etc) i'd be happy to see maybe like 5psi difference between fresh setups
