Tested new hose approx 2.5in from Oring on the plug adapter to the dial of the compression gauge.
Read 132ish and stopped climbing at
Tested another hose at 12in with the same as above
Read 145ish before it stopped climbing
These are done cold, open throttle pullstarts with as many as it took until no more pressure.
So it’s opposite what I thought. I think the 150psi air compressor hose might be swelling due the the pressure enough to overpump it where it actually adds false extra pressure in the hose kinda like an air spring, but fuck all if I know.
