Hi,
Here is my Tomos with Airsal kit piston port, jammer clutch, yasuni exhaust...

Sounds fun. Is it really low gearing? It tops out at 60kmp?
What's the Yasuni pipe originally for? They don't make them for Tomos do they?

It's derestricted yasuni c16 city for minarelly horizontal.
Very cool. Don't think we've had anyone post from Croatia moped racing community, is it popular there? Do you have a series with different tracks or all at one track?
Yeah tomos racing! This is the best!
Hell yea, Tomos racing rules.

Well here in Croatia moped racing is actually very popular, there is about 30-40 racers every time. Also a lof of racers from Tomos Homeland (Slovenia) are coming here to race.
Our league is called AML (Amateur Tomos League), and it has been active since 2016.
There are 6 classes:
Tomos Junior
Tomos Automatic Stock
Tomos Automatic Kit
Tomos APN/ATX
Tomos BT/T15
Tomos Open
Everyone can participate on max 2 classes.

We race on 5 different tracks, and on some of them we race 2x per session.

There are a lof of videos on Youtube, search Tomos AML.
Thanks for the great pictures!
Looks fun! here in holland we only race with puch instead of tomos.

Tomos has 16" wheels, and mostly we use Heidenau K55 CRM tyres.

Hell yeah! I'm trying to get a bunch more done myself but the machinists at work have been too busy for side projects.
This is interesting, a Tomos single speed conversion? Haha! If you wanted an E50 just go get one! Still a fun lil project I bet though.
we once got a tomos that was single speed, stock from the factory. IT WAS SO COOL
Sitting here thinking about it way too much... if I was gonna convert a two speed Tomos into a single speed, I would eliminate the first gear, not the second. First gear alone at the absolute highest gearing would still only get you to maybe touching 40 at screaming rpm.
So if I was gonna just do second I would completely eliminate the first cog on the gearset and remove the teeth on the bell. Make the first clutch (now the only clutch) drive the second gear directly by welding the second clutch hub to the bell and remove the second bell outer.
Now that I've overthought this, its mostly because I'm curious why. Why did you make a single speed gearset?
i could see single speed gear set being good for throttle tuning.

I think it will be good for short tracks with a lot of corners.
Testing soon.
