just get a 44mm or 45mm airsal. the 50cc kits are disappointing

Yeah that's really the correct answer.
I'll upgrade eventually, to be honest I don't want faster until my son is 16.. just was curious cause it was on sale for the same price as a video game.. 😁 wanted to know what kind of an upgrade it was really. I don't want to get a new crank and carb and intake to move to 70cc... I do have a 2020 super cub for 50mph riding.. plus I don't want 2 bikes with 1 faster than the other.. figured if I heard good things then I would buy 2 on sale for both mopeds. (edited)
If you get the airsal 44 mm kit it won't be too fast for anyone, you can bolt it right on a stock engine with everything else the same, they even run pretty good with a stock pipe. They go a little bit faster but mostly you just get slightly better acceleration and pickup.

I like the treats kit (aka the kstar) a lot more than the airsal 44 on a puch, but to each their own.
