curious to hear what you did, because with this exact same setup except the pipe, i realized (with help from MA) that there is no way i can get correct timing without dremeling my stator plate. Can't figure out why the stock plate can't be set to 17 degrees without dremeling. Not even sure I can get past 12 as it sits, which is causing me to run super lean, so much that I can't even get up to higher temperatures past 350 and no power.
