Thats looking good! Mine is also a handmade swing arm.

Re: Puch maxi Track toy

Thanks! Mine is actually a subframe so I could bolt it on any tube frame bike with some welding, I would move the mounts if I was going to make another one

Not bad for a 60cc, almost 15000 (!) rpm.

Re: Puch maxi Track toy

Sounds fairly healthy . ;)

This build isn’t over yet, still a long way to go

I’m planning to make a second engine.

And next week I get my Koso DB02R tachometer

Kilian Münscher /

What are you thinking the 2nd engine is gonna be?

What kind of cylinder?

Carb?

Very nice build

Re: Puch maxi Track toy

Sander Mulder /

Probably a ‘normal’ 70cc puch cylinder because of the rules

Re: Puch maxi Track toy

Sander Mulder /

New dash arived, looks good to me!

Re: Puch maxi Track toy

Small update,

First, my re-sleeved cylinder can't do competitions, because the sleeve, not allowed. So i have to build another 12hp+ engine. I still can use my resleeved engine for traning days.

So, for the new engine, a fresh milled pair of reed cases.

New cylinder will be ready in a few weeks.

Better disc brake, Galfer 260mm, 4 piston caliper. Have to make a custom adapter to fit the caliper.

And... I'm going to another style. lighter, better handling, less damage when i crash.
