From what I have seen people use the 210 cylinder on 207's to increase power. So, if the 207's were supposed to make more power then what parts exactly are attributing to that? Do 210 cranks fit in the 207?

“ The 210 cylinder is superior to the 207 cylinder due to its two additional angled transfer ports. It also has a larger flange around the exhaust port making it easier to modify for a larger header. This cylinder can be bolted to the 207 engine with no modifications.”

The transmission and sprockets might be geared for more power on the 207. The 210 is definitely faster though.
I have an x30 which is rated at 2.3 HP which is .2 more than the 210 from what Myrons Mopeds says. I imagine that would be at the crank.
