Looks like a generic scooter rear clutch, just with a bunch of holes in it and slotted pads.

Cut boi some of the spanner wrench notches off the pulley. That’s as high as it variated anyhoot:)

I shielded the bell with some sheet metal then went around it with an cut-off angle grinder blade, 1 thin cut. There’s a fluted section in there that planes off with the cut depth.
