Neato, right? They run am6 reedvalves. On air cooled kits, you need to cut usually like 2 fins though

Turkish replicas. The quality is amazing though. If only they made replicas of malossi mvr parts!!

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

I like! Wouldn't mind having a set myself.

I got them off Ebay. He sells them with either the case, seals, and intake, or all that stuff, and the reeds, bearings and stuff for like 60ish more. It came out cheaper then a polini case, has a bigger inlet, and I like the flow properties much better. Took like 2 weeks to get

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

Beat me to it.

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

Sellers name is rouge-mobylette. Search "seller: rouge-mobylette" and pick that user.

I would link it for you guys but I couldn't figure out how from the eBay app.

Sellers site has lots of cool oem 103/51 parts.

Even has av10 46mm Gila kits and piston rings

Yup! That's him!

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

That’s legit. What would be the cylinder choice??

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

They two different branded cases are essentially the same but the Alim ones are machined a bit differently and have oiling holes drilled already.

Best part about them is you can use am6 and ktm 65 reeds. I found 3 used stock blocks with good reeds for $20 and the Vforce for $70 new on eBay.

There is also clone malossi am6 reeds for $7 on ebay

Here they are with some different reed blocks. Both ktm 65

There is also the Boyesen rad valve for 24mm carbs. One piece intake/reed block.

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

Their money is called Brazilian Real . A single Real is equal to just under 24 American cents .

Yea but do they mean 206.91 Brazilian real? That’s only $49 usd!? they even have frames. I’m trying to email them but I never have good luck with foreign companies (big language barrier) lol. Maybe I corner them on alibabe and convince them to post more stuff on there.

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

49 bucks might be exactly what they want .

We have to remember that the Brazilian economy is pretty much still in the shitter .

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

woah! those are rad

makes me want to build an AV10

Re: Av10 eurocilindro cases

The gasket in these kit sucks! It doesn’t line up at all, I battled with the case for like 1 hour to find out a piece of the gasket got cut off and jammed in the inner lip.

The gasket that came with minebroke in half when I took it out of the box.

Cut a new one from some thin paper and copper spray it

When I mocked mine up there is enough clearance to ditch the gasket and use sealant instead.
