Fresh!

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

Well I hit a wall. I need a 2mm base spacer to clear my ports so I have to find a piece of aluminum. Meanwhile I'll be cutting piston, cleaning tank, fixing front forks and thinking of a way to set timing without removing key. More updates to come. Oh and work the clutch of course.

What flavors of natural light are your guy’s favorites?

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

Pretty hard to beat natural sun light . ;)

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

As far as the Seltzers go I like Aloha Beaches. But I don’t drink them because they actually have a lot of carbs as far as seltzer’s go. I limit my sugar intake to about 50 carbs a day. But my favorite is regular Natural Light with a lime wedge. I also like the regulars with a 1/2 oz of Trop50. If I am feeling in a shandy mood I do Crystal Light and Natty. Big Natural Light fan here. We keep it Natural in the Carolinas.

Honestly this is the first time trying it and i like them. Haven't tried the rest of them yet though. I blame it all on Eric! He told me he got a 6 pack and busted the Dremel out. Well I figured since I was porting today and we kinda doing the same thing I had to bust a cases out. I couldn't find a 6 pack though....

I wouldn't call it a bad influence. More like motivation!

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

That sandblasting turned out great! Just another toy I want in my shop. Lol

You can never have too much toys! Since I have to wait for the spacer plate anyway I might as well do the rest of the parts.

Brandon Weiss (Detective brandon to you) /

I want a blasting cabinet so bad....but I have no room! I've been using the el cheapo harbo freight sandblasting gun, and just laying out a tarp to catch all the stray blasting media in my driveway. My 20gallon compressor can run the gun for about 20-25 seconds continuously before the tank drops below 90psi and starts running again

The 103's came that way. I've wondered myself why?

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

They put it there to get rid of whatever mixture might be “pooling”. Just another channel for some swirlage to happen.

Hell yeah!

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

Hahaha well it is at 31mph! Hahaha

I killed it! I wonder if should not have cut the pipe off at the header into the exhaust. I think the exhaust is killing it. I ran it with one outlet. Got 26. Drilled another hole and got up to 29. Rejet got me at 31........so I think I need to try a different exhaust. I am also wondering if the rubber Tomos reed cage is pinching the reeds when it is tightened down. Causing them not to open.

Lots to ponder here

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

I should have changed one thing at a time....but my brain doesn’t work like that....

Welp Gator has this pipe for me. Looks like I’ll be hacking my flange off and welding it to this like Stephen did.

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

I been fucked with this this evening. My wife hit a huge pothole that couldn’t be avoided and busted her secondary radiator on her BMW. Tow company wanted $120 to get it to my house and state farm said a pothole is a accident clam and would not tow it.....They said a flat tire would have been covered for free. I was like Na, fuck that! Yanked it out took it home and plastic welded. Worked well enough to get home the 5mi. Only had a slight drip. But that might have been because the house would not go all the way on after the “welding”. Why have a lower radiator hose at the bottom of the bumper?

Funny caus Stephen was messing with his coolant system in his Explorer all day today! Coolant system build off coming soon to Off Topic.

Re: Buzzards vs Barons Vogue Single Speed Build Off

I fixed Tyler's radiator in his Nissan with by heating a nail with a lighter and feeding melting zip ties into the crack. Kinda like a nasty plastic tig weld. Made it from Orlando to Atlanta and like a week of commuting before it popped.

I guess next time let the air out of a tire before you call road side assistance.
