Sooo I’ve been brushing up on my autocad skills this was one thing I knocked up for the fun of it
this allows you to fit minarelli AM6 8 petal reed blocks to just slot in AJH kits or DMP reed kits. Most machine shops shouldn’t have a problem with this work.
Nylon 3D printed would possibly work also
Will include a fairly well used file type but if anyone wants it converting into anything else please drop me a PM (edited)

Zack at pikes powder coating had an intake he 3D printed that uses orings.

Not really a weird link iv been known to do stuff like that. I’m hoping in a few years to be able to do some diy powder coating so maybe it’s just a moped person thing. I know a lot of guys& girls that skateboard & ride mopeds lol.
What was first the chicken or the egg? Definitely the egg but the first chicken looked nothing like the ones we eat. I like chicken wings! I kinda wanna try the impossible wopper but I’m not sure.
yeah thats cool, if you send it to someone for laser cutting they will want it as a 1:1 DXF
that part is simple enough that you could chop it out in your garage with a sawzall
i've been using a product at work lately called CPE, i think it would hold up to engine/intake usage pretty good but its not worth it to me to take the risk, i still make just about all my intake stuff out of steel toobs and plate because its proven

Yeah i butchered some 5/8” aluminium to make my spacer. This was just a bit of fun really. May try some sort of head design next.
All your vertical edges (internal and external) should have fillets. 1/8" minimum radius would work well. This will allow 3D printers, machine shops, and laser cutters to make this part much easier.
