My kit is super fun, but it feels like there is more to be achieved with it. My current pipe is the the treats black pipe. Im running an HPI and a phgb 20mm carb. Ive ported the two outside intake windows, but not the middle. Without tearing my motor down , i was curious if there is a pipe more suitable for my kit?

I will tell you know, your intake length is not helping you.
Most hi-revving reed kits like a short intake tract.

Yeah your pipe is fine. Change that intake for some better performance.... Smaller gearing and more clutch tuning would be a good move as well.

Would that be why im getting reed flutter when im steady on the throttle? It flutters only when the HpI catches up with the throttle at 1/2 or 3/4. If I gas it after that, it hits full throttle with no flutter

Just dropped down to 16/45 gearing. I was worried I would loose top end of i went lower

Throw an 18 on the front for more top end. I would order a 17 and an 18 see what you like better. Rule of thumb in one tooth in the front is like changing 3 in the back.
+1 for shorter intake.
The flutter may be cause by losing charge in your intake creating an air pocket. I have a dumb long intake “on purpose” on a bike and this happens.
